1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is KBSW Software Engineering. For anything related to your personal data, contact us at kontakt@kbsw.pl.
-
2. What data we process
We only process data you give us, plus the basic technical data the website needs to work:
- contact form — your name, email address, subject and message;
- email correspondence — the sender address, the message and any other data you include in it;
- server logs — IP address, date and time of the visit, the page visited and browser details, recorded automatically by the hosting provider’s server.
-
3. Purpose and legal basis
- replying to your message and handling the correspondence — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- taking steps before entering into a contract, if you ask about working together (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- keeping the website secure and working properly (server logs) — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing data in the form is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot reply. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
-
4. Who receives the data
We do not sell data or share it for marketing. It may only reach the services that help us run the website and our correspondence:
- Web3Forms (web3forms.com) — the service that forwards form messages to our inbox; it may process data outside the European Economic Area;
- vh.pl — the hosting company whose servers run the website;
- our email provider.
-
5. How long we keep data
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your matter, and then until any related claims become time-barred. If we start working together, data may be kept longer as required by tax and accounting law.
Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited time and then deleted automatically.
-
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it,
- have your data corrected,
- have your data deleted,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest.
To exercise these rights, email us at kontakt@kbsw.pl. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising scripts.
The only thing stored in your browser (localStorage) is your chosen theme — light or dark — so it is remembered on your next visit. It never leaves your device, and you can remove it by clearing your browser data.
